DESCRIPTION: Prewar Golly Golfer with bar between the feet for sale in very good condition. This design was one of the first enamel Golly badges ever issued by Robertsons. Manufactured by the high quality badge maker H.W.Miller of Birmingham and issued by Robertsons in the early 1930's. Certified as genuine by the Miller backstamp to reverse.
BACKSTAMP: Miller Type IA ii clearly defined stamp. The REGd number is 729136 and is stamped on TWO LINES
above the Miller backstamp (other variations of this backstamp listed in this auction).
CONDITION: Presented for sale in excellent condition. Protective varnish coating still mostly intact, small area to head when varnish not present. Complete with original straight pin. No evidence of stress marks, chips or damage. For further information on grading please
