DESCRIPTION: Prewar Golly Golfer with bar between the feet for sale in very good condition. This design was one of the first enamel Golly badges ever issued by Robertsons. Manufactured by the high quality badge maker H.W.Miller of Birmingham and issued by Robertsons in the early 1930's. Certified as genuine by the Miller backstamp to reverse.

BACKSTAMP: Miller Type IA ii clearly defined stamp. The REGd number is 729136 and is stamped above the Miller backstamp (it can also be found stamped below on some designs). Note this stamping is the 'small version' to compare it to the 'large version' see lot 1 from the Jun-22 auction.

CONDITION: Presented for sale in very good condition. Protective varnish coating still intact. Complete with original straight pin. Light stress mark to top of legs, as seen on images, otherwise a very nice badge. For further information on grading please click here.
