DESCRIPTION: Prewar Golly Golfer with bar between the feet for sale in immaculate condition. This design was one of the first enamel Golly badges ever issued by Robertsons. Manufactured by the high quality badge maker H.W.Miller of Birmingham and issued by Robertsons in the early 1930's. Certified as genuine by the Miller backstamp to reverse.
BACKSTAMP: Miller Type IA ii clearly defined stamp. This design has the incorrect but
more commonly seen REG number 729136 on reverse which is stamped across ONE LINE
above the Miller backstamp (other variations of this backstamp exist). Please note this shows 'REGd' as opposed to'REG'.
CONDITION: Presented for sale in close to perfect condition. Protective varnish coating still intact. Complete with original straight pin. Metal bright and clean, no obvious flaws. For further information on grading please
