DESCRIPTION: Prewar Golly Golfer with bar between the feet for sale in excellent condition. This delightful badge design was one of the first enamel Golly badges ever issued by Robertsons. Manufactured by the high quality badge maker H.W.Miller of Birmingham and issued by Robertsons in the early 1930's. Certified as genuine by the Miller backstamp to reverse.
BACKSTAMP: Miller Type IA ii clearly defined stamp. Note this stamp shows REGd as opposed to REG. The REGd number is 729136 and is stamped above the Miller backstamp (it can also be found stamped below on some designs).
