DESCRIPTION: Prewar Fruit Raspberry Golly badge in superb condition. Manufactured by H.W.Miller of Birmingham and issued by Robertsons sometime after 1932. Certified as genuine by the Miller backstamp to reverse.
This is one of six Prewar Fruit designs from the prewar era. These designs are distinctive for their small golly head which appears on each one.
BACKSTAMP: Miller Type IA iii with REGD 768826 markings. Clearly defined backstamp with all characters visible and legible.
This backstamp is exactly the same as item 10 in the March-21 auction (auction no. 15).
But slightly different to that of items 4 in the Jul-20 auction and 6 in the Jun-20 auction.
