DESCRIPTION: Prewar Fruit Bramble Golly badge in delightful condition. Manufactured by H.W.Miller of Birmingham and issued by Robertsons sometime after 1932. Certified as genuine by the Miller backstamp to reverse.
This is one of six Prewar Fruit designs from the prewar era. These designs are distinctive for their small golly head which appears on each one.
BACKSTAMP: Variation of Miller Type IA ii with REGD 768826 markings. Clearly defined backstamp with all characters visible and legible. Interestingly, if you compare this backstamp to the same badge we sold in Lot4 Golly Auction 007 you will notice a slight difference!
CONDITION: Presented for sale in excellent condition. The front of the design is very nice indeed. A couple of very light scuffs can be seen under close inpsection otherwise a very nice example of this special bdage. The metal has a very clean appearance. Complete with original straight pin.
