DESCRIPTION: Prewar KENT Cricketer in damaged but collectable condition.

One of the set of 17 county cricketers representing all first class county cricket teams. These beautiful designs were manufactured by the high quality badge maker H.W.Miller of Birmingham and issued by Robertsons in 1938. Certified as genuine by the Miller backstamp to reverse.

BACKSTAMP: Miller Type III i  (REGD APPD). Clearly defined stamp.

CONDITION: Presented for sale with extensive enamel damage to legs and fleabite chip to head as shown in photo. Despite this, the rest of the enamel is in excellent condition. The metal shows a patina consistent with age. The pin is slightly bent but still engages with the clasp.
