DESCRIPTION: A White Waistcoat Standard by Miller with a light blue jacket. Blue hands and red feet. This design has the earlier Miller Type I backstamp and eyes dead centre (a version of this can be found with eyes gazing to the right!).

CONDITION: Stress marks visible to tops of legs and light scuffs to forehead, otherwise good condition, please see image for details.
