DESCRIPTION: A White Waistcoat Skater by Miller with a light blue jacket. Blue hands and red feet. Eyes Down. This design is the more interesting 'curly hair' style with the early Miller Type I backstamp in a horizontal orientation.

CONDITION: In excellent condition. No evidence of any stress marks, scratches or chips. Tiny dark inclusion on gollies right leg. Hardly detracts, mentioned for completeness. Please see images for details.
