DESCRIPTION: A White Waistcoat Guitarist by Miller with a light blue jacket. Blue hands and Red feet. Eyes Down. This design has the later Miller Type II backstamp in a horizontal orientation. 

CONDITION: Heavy stress marks to legs although no enamel loss. Light scuffs to head, please see image for details. Unusually for a Miller badge, the blue jacket is not homogenous... it is definitely darker in places as you can see.
