DESCRIPTION: A White Waistcoat Bagpiper badge by Miller. With light blue jacket. Blue hands and red feet. This design has orange bagpipes.
BACKSTAMP: Miller Type I backstamp.
CONDITION: Presented in excellent condition. No evidence of any stress marks, chips or scratches. The metal is bright and clean on both sides and comes complete with the original straight pin. Traces of the original varnish applied by Miller after enamelling can be seen on the Golly's head. Minor enamelling fault also present on top of the head, hardly detracts - mentioned for completeness.
Although this is the most common of the Miller bagpipers, please make no mistake this is still not an easy badge to find... especially in this wonderful condition. Please see images for details.
