DESCRIPTION: PROPAT STANDARD design from the white waistcoat era. Backstamped: 'PRO PAT 51454' in a box on reverse. Produced as an experimenal design by Miller during the 1960's in an attempt to keep costs down. As stated in the Golly Guide:
