DESCRIPTION: PROPAT SKATER design from the white waistcoat era. Backstamped: 'PRO PAT 51454' in a box on reverse, a lovely example. Produced as an experimenal design by Miller during the 1960's in an attempt to keep costs down. As stated in the Golly Guide:
"...the whole design was printed on a flat piece of metallic foil, using red lettering on a yellow waistcoat and stuck to the brass base...". To read more about this badge see the Golly Guide reference pages.

CONDITION: Presented in lovely condition. Metallic colours bright and clear however the acrylic coating to front has darkened with age. The metal remains lovely and clean to reverse. Complete with original straight pin and clasp. A nice example. See photos for full details.
Please note, two variations of this design are known. This is the version 'without a line' across the chest.
