DESCRIPTION: PROPAT SKATER design from the white waistcoat era. Backstamped: 'PRO PAT 51454' in a box on reverse, a really lovely example. Produced as an experimenal design by Miller during the 1960's in an attempt to keep costs down. As stated in the Golly Guide:
"...the whole design was printed on a flat piece of metallic foil, using red lettering on a yellow waistcoat and stuck to the brass base...". To read more about this badge see the Golly Guide reference pages.
CONDITION: Presented in lovely condition. Metallic colours bright and clear and the metal remains lovely and clean to reverse. Complete with original straight pin and clasp. A very attractive example. See photos for full details.
