DESCRIPTION: This attractive prewar hockey player design with yellow v-neck was manufactured by the high quality badge maker H.W.Miller of Birmingham and issued by Robertsons in 1937. This particular example shows the earlier Miller Type 1Bii backstamp ('REG^D').

CONDITION: Presented for sale in very good condition. Tiny fleabite nibble sot enamel around edge of head (hardly visible to the naked eye). Original protective varnish coating still intact. A lovely example for your collection. Metal on reverse shows light signs of tarnish. Complete with original straight pin.
