DESCRIPTION: Prewar Strawberry fruit design with small Golly head. Manufactured by H.W.Miller of Birmingham. Issued by Robertsons from 1932. Certified as genuine by the Miller backstamp to reverse.
BACKSTAMP: Miller Type IA iii (REGD 768905). Well defined stamp with all characters visible. Note for the specialist collector: Two versions of this backstamp are known - large and small - this one being the 'small' version. This information is not yet in the Golly Checklist.
CONDITION: Presented in excellent condition. Enamel is bright with no chips. Please note there is a small stress mark on the left hand leaf. The metal has a bright and clean patina and the badge is complete with original straight pin and working clasp.
