DESCRIPTION: Prewar Fruit Raspberry Golly badge in perfect condition. Manufactured by H.W.Miller of Birmingham and issued by Robertsons sometime after 1932. Certified as genuine by the Miller backstamp to reverse.
This is one of six Prewar Fruit designs from the prewar era. These designs are distinctive for their small golly head which appears on each one.
BACKSTAMP: Miller Type IB iv with REGD 768826 markings. Clearly defined backstamp with all characters visible and legible. The 'REGD 768826' is shown on one line rather than two.
CONDITION: Presented for sale in immaculate condition. Can only be described as perfect. It is very rare to see a badge in such pristine condition but this is certainly one. Complete with original straight pin.
