DESCRIPTION: Prewar Orange fruit design with small Golly head. Manufactured by H.W.Miller of Birmingham. Issued by Robertsons from 1932. Certified as genuine by the Miller backstamp to reverse.
BACKSTAMP: Miller Type IA iii (REGD 768691). Well defined stamp with all characters visible. Note the 'REGD 768691' are all on one line. Note for the specialist collector: Two versions of this backstamp are known, this one being the 'large' version. This information is not yet in the Golly Checklist.
CONDITION: Presented in close to perfect condition. No chips, scratches or stress marks whatsoever. Metal is bright and clean. A great example of this lovely design. Complete with original straight pin and working clasp.
