DESCRIPTION: A rare opportunity to see a very nice prewar Orange fruit design with small Golly head complete with original card and box as issued. Manufactured by Miller of Birmingham. Issued by Robertsons from 1932. Certified as genuine by the Miller backstamp to reverse.
BACKSTAMP: Miller Type IA iii (REGD 768691). Well defined stamp with all characters visible. Note the 'REGD 768691' are all on one line. Note for the specialist collector: Two versions of this backstamp are known, this one being the 'large' version. This information is not yet in the Golly Checklist.
CONDITION: Presented in close to perfect condition. No chips, scratches or stress marks whatsoever. Metal is to reverse is clean and bright, a lovely example. Complete with original straight pin and working clasp. Very rare to find the badge with original box and card.
