DESCRIPTION: A rare opportunity to find the prewar Fruit Bramble Golly badge in exeptional condition on original card in original box. Manufactured by Miller of Birmingham and issued by Robertsons sometime after 1932. Certified as genuine by the Miller backstamp to reverse.
This is one of six Prewar Fruit designs from the prewar era. These designs are distinctive for their small golly head which appears on each one.
BACKSTAMP: Miller Type IA iii (REGd 768826). Well defined stamp with all characters visible. Note the 'REGD 768826' is stamped on two lines. Note for the specialist collector: Two versions of this backstamp are known, this one being the 'large' version.
CONDITION: Presented for sale in close to perfect condition. You really will struggle to find better. Front, rear, card and box all superb. Complete with original straight pin.
