DESCRIPTION: Prewar Fruit Bramble Golly badge in immaculate condition. Manufactured by Miller of Birmingham and issued by Robertsons sometime after 1932. Certified as genuine by the Miller backstamp to reverse.
This is one of six Prewar Fruit designs from the prewar era. These designs are distinctive for their small golly head which appears on each one.
BACKSTAMP: Miller Type IA i (REGd APPd number). Well defined stamp with all characters visible. For backstamp collectors, this is the earlier and more difficult to find backstamp (the later versions simply showing 'REGd' on reverse).
CONDITION: Presented for sale in immaculate condition. Both front and rear of the design are extremely clean and bright. The metal has a lovely clean appearance. Complete with original straight pin. You will struggle to find a Prewar bramble in better condition.
