DESCRIPTION: Prewar Fruit Bramble Golly badge in very good condition. Manufactured by Miller of Birmingham and issued by Robertsons sometime after 1932. Certified as genuine by the Miller backstamp to reverse.

This is one of six Prewar Fruit designs from the prewar era. These designs are distinctive for their small golly head which appears on each one.

BACKSTAMP: Variation of Miller Type IA iii with the REGD 768826 markings. Clearly defined backstamp with all characters visible and legible. Note for the specialist collector: Two versions of this backstamp are known, this one being the 'small' version. This information is not yet in the Golly Checklist.

CONDITION: Presented for sale in very good condition. Enamel is bright and clear to front, close inspection under magnification shows very light surface scuffs - hardly visible to naked eye, mentioned for completeness. Metal to reat shows a patina consistent with age. Complete with original straight pin.
