DESCRIPTION: A 1990's standard with Yellow Bow Tie was supposed to come from a 'Proof' set of designs as all the issued Standards had a red bow tie. A very small number of designs are known to exist. This design is rarer than the All Blue Policeman and has to rank right up there as the rarest of all the 1990's designs. Closely inspected by the Golly Checklist team and verified as genuine, this is your chance to add this extreme rarity to your collection.

CONDITION: Presented in close to perfect condition front and back with original straight pin and clasp. with Robertsons backstamp as expected.
