DESCRIPTION: The 1990's Policeman with blue shirt white tie from the 1990 set. This is one of the more difficult to find designs from this set. 

BACKSTAMP: Certified as geniune by the multiple Robertsons backstamp to reverse.

CONDITION: Presented in excellent condition front and back with original straight pin and clasp. Trivial overpaint with the white tie overrunning onto the blue shirt.
