DESCRIPTION: The 'all blue' Policeman from the 1990 set. This example is the ultra scarce design with blue shirt and blue tie. Only accepted as an official variation in the most recent Golly Checklist (seventh edition) this badge is by far the most difficult one to find of all the official 1990's designs and will be a badge missing from the vast majority of collections.
