DESCRIPTION: A genuine Cystic Fibrosis badge. From the 1980's era. This is one of the more difficult of the Acrylic Special Promotions to find. Issued in 1987 as a joint venture between Robertsons and the Cystic Fibrosis Research Trust, a limited edition of only 2000 were made but they were not distributed by Robertsons. They were only available from the CF Research Trust. Many of these items ended up in the hands of non-golly collectors which is why they are so difficult to find today.
BACKSTAMP: James Robertsons Type I (with PM).
CONDITION: Presented to you in first class condition with the Robertsons JRS-1 backstamp. The acrylic to front is bright and clean, the metal is unblemished. On revese the pin and clasp is fully working. A lovely example.
