DESCRIPTION: A genuine 1980's Commemorative with no backstamp as issued. This badge was released in 1981-82 and has an acrylic coating to front. This is the version with light blue jacket. Both light and 'darker' blue versions are available in this auction. Image 3 shows both side by side to help you figure out which one you may need but this auction is only for the lighter version.
