DESCRIPTION: A genuine 1980's Commemorative with no backstamp as issued. This badge was released in 1981-82 and has an acrylic coating to front. This is the version with darker blue jacket. Please note the 'darker' version still appears quite light... the light blue version is very light blue - so it is worth checking carefully which ones you may have.
