DESCRIPTION: Prewar Fruit Bramble Golly badge in excellent condition. Manufactured by H.W.Miller of Birmingham and issued by Robertsons sometime after 1932. Certified as genuine by the Miller backstamp to reverse.
This is one of six Prewar Fruit designs from the prewar era. These designs are distinctive for their small golly head which appears on each one.
BACKSTAMP: Variation of Miller Type IA ii with REGD 768826 markings. Lightly defined backstamp with all characters visible and legible.
CONDITION: Presented for sale in excellent condition. The front of the design is immaculate whilst the reverse shows signs of light oxidation. No attempt has been made to remove this so it is presented in original condition. The metal has a patina consistent with age. Complete with original straight pin.
